have just got back from the Galapagos where we had a great time on the Lammer Law. The boat is just right and the crew catered to every need we had, and with a sense of humour. The diving was beyond our wildest dreams with about 20 whale shark sightings, too many hammerheads and Galapagos sharks to count, a sunfish or two and innumerable manta rays as well as a Galapagos horn shark and red lipped batfish. We had ten days with great diving, and terrific company...you won't be disappointed.

Our adventure on the Lammer Law was by far the best experience my husband and I have ever had on any vacation (and we are well traveled). Our entire group felt the same way. We had 6 divers and 10 snorklers and it is hard to say who had a better time. Our group really wanted a balance between diving and land excursions. Our arrangements with Anne Muirhead to customize our trip worked well for everyone. Experiencing the Galapagos with good friends on a cozy boat with Lammer Lawís excellent staff made the trip even more enjoyable. The entire crew was wonderful and I can't say enough about Jason. We were all mesmerized by his clever tails on the history of the islands as well as his narration on the plant and animal life. He also made sure that each of us were well taken care of and happy. The Lammer Law was the perfect place for our medical meeting. As the meeting planner for the group I had to contact Anne Muirhead several times. She recommended a local physician, Gabriel Idrovo, in Puerto Aroya. Dr. Idrovo arranged a tour of their local hospital, an extensive tour of the Hyperbaric chamber, and even joined us on broad the ship for an evening lecture on driving tables. Eric and I hope to return again to the Galapagos on Lammer Law or perhaps arrange another medical meeting with the Cuan Law. Thanks again. Regards, Eric and Judi Disbrow / Patient Care Symposium

Been meaning to send this for ages - but too busy arranging our next trip on the Lammer Law! Our trip in April 2003 was fantastic and beyond our expectations in every way. We were privileged to have Gabriel & Patricia as our guides, they were wonderful hosts, extremely knowledgeable and entertaining, whilst being very safety/park-rule conscious. The boat crew kept us fed & watered practically every hour, the boat was spotless and the panga service was excellent. The wildlife above & below water was incredible and we enjoyed the land trips and snorkeling almost as much as the diving. Nothing beats the thrill of being among the hammerheads, silky & galapagos sharks (or the joy of playing 'copy-cat' with sea lions). Thanks for everything, and see you in July 2004 for the whale sharks! Turneffe Flats Diving, Fly-fishing & Eco-tourism Resort Belize, Central America

Hi Annie: We cannot thank you enough - we had a wonderful time! There is just so much that was special. Our friends from last May's Dive Makai trip had said we would be particularly lucky if we got Antonio Moreano as our guide - and as luck would have it - he was our guide. What a terrific individual! He brings and shares so much knowledge to the trip, above and below the water. As Kathrine is a non-diver, we really appreciated including her on the pangas (which Antonio arranged) while the pangas were following the divers so that she could observe the birds, tutrles, sea lions, and dolphins from close up. Here is my "Recipe for an Exceptional Trip": To a well maintained triamaran sailboat, with a friendly, attentive Ecuadorian crew add: 2 Israelis, 2 Swedes, 2 Canadians, 1 Brit, and 8 Americans. Then, add a knowledgable and caring Ecuadorian park guide who has a deep concern for his country and his park. Mix together for nine days in the Galapagos Islands, and you have 15 guests who leave Ecuador talking about the best trip they have ever experienced. Thank you, Annie - We will be looking forward to booking a repeat trip on the Lammer Law - first class all the way. Ken Robertson, Calgary, Alberta, Feb. 6 - 15 trip.

Dear Annie, I just wanted to tell you how much Susan and I enjoyed our week on the Lammer Law. We were a bit hesitant at first about going in August, but it proved to be a superb time to visit--the wildlife both under and above the sea was abundant, and the divemaster/naturalists were superb in identifying and describing species. The diving was particularly spectacular--I did 15 dives during the week and each one was memorable. Susan, who is not a diver, nonetheless love her time on Lammer Law. The cabins are spacious and comfortable, the crew were friendly and accommodating, and the meals were delicious. Our only mistake was booking for a 7-day trip instead of a 10-day one! Thanks for an outstanding trip.

Dear Anne, I just wanted to take a few moments to comment on our recent trip to the Galapagos aboard the Lammer Law (Nov. 3-12). This was by far the best vacation my wife and I have ever experienced. The boat was great and the crew was fantastic! We could not have asked any more of them.  From the Captain and guides on down to the deckhands they were, to a man, a delight to be around. They always had smiles on their faces and it always seemed to us that they were having just as good a time as we were. I was also very impressed by the way your company handled my situation. As a Police Officer in NYC I was walking on eggshells for several weeks, not knowing whether or not I would be allowed to take this trip, due to the attacks on our city. Your offer to postpone our trip was well received by my wife and I and greatly appreciated.  Luckily we were able to make it and we were able to have such a great time when we most needed to. I will be sure to pass this info on to our travel agent and anyone else who expresses interest in a trip to the Galapagos. As far as we're concerned its the Lammer Law or stay home. I hope to have the opportunity to take this cruise again in the future. If I do, you will be sure to hear from me. Once again, thank you very much. Sincerely, Bob and Debbie Pecoraro

Kevin & I arrived home from our South American adventures late July and I can't believe a month has passed already.  We had an absolutely wonderful trip in the Galapagos and found the Captain and crew and dive masters/guides very thorough, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and lots of fun. Our group enjoyed the comforts of Lammer Law and were very well taken care of and enjoyed their adventures very much.  It is an amazing place to see and especially to dive, an experience I will always remember and look forward to doing again.  We are looking forward to sending some more clients along now that we know how it all works and a future group trip once the exchange rate improves.

On behalf of my parents, Richard and Marianne, and myself, I would like to thank the Lammer Law staff for an unforgettable voyage into the Galapagos Islands. All our needs were immediately catered to without any problems whatsoever. The diving in Galapagos doesn't just meet its reputation- it exceeds it. Each dive was spectacular in its own way; whether we were greeted by eager young sea lions, or subtly curious, majestic whale sharks, we never found ourselves without a broad smile when returning to the boat. Also, the pangas, or zodiacs, completely eliminate bothersome surface swims, which hightens the enjoyment of the overall experience. In addition, the land excursions were just as spectacular as their underwater counterparts, as the lack of fear found in the wildlife is nothing short of spectacular- Galapagos is truly a photographer's paradise. All in all, if an opportunity arose to return to Galapagos, the Lammer Law would be our certain choice of vessel.

Just returned from Galapagos having spent 10 days aboard Lammer Law. Once again Captain Patricio, Fabian, and crew of Lammer Law did an outstanding job. It was great to see so many of the crew still there after two years. On this trip I experienced my first whale shark encounter (after over 700 dives) and I'll never forget the feeling. After several dives at Wolf and Darwin, we lost count of how many whale sharks we saw and at one point I found myself surrounded by hundreds of dolphins, hammerheads, and some very curious Silky and Galapagos sharks. Incredible!! Thanks again to everyone at Lammer Law for such an incredible adventure.

The trip, it was excellent. I can't think of one thing that didn't exceed my expectations. The Lammer Law, the crew, the other passengers, and of course the islands, everything was excellent. It was a truly unique and unforgetable experience and be sure your boat contribute to a great extent in making it that way. Once again thank you for your interest and help and look forward to having the opportunity to travel again in one of your boats.

2/3/01 - 2/10/01 IT WAS WONDERFUL!!! A trip of a lifetime! All that was promised and more. Our group is always very lucky spotting things and we saw it ALL, including an orca spotted. No whale shark is the only thing we didn't see underwater. We were a mixed group and wanted lots of land time too, but the 9 dives we did were great and the snorklers saw everything the divers did too. The playful sea lions constantly with us in the water were a favorite. Our naturalists Fabian and Antonio MADE the trip and were ever cheerful and knew everything about the islands. The Lammer Law was beautiful and so spacious, the perfect boat for our group of 16. The cook and captain were great too, as were all the hardworking crew. As warned, the delightful week we spent on board was too little time to do the area justice ...so we'll have to come back for a longer trip on LL :)! to Anne for booking our arrangements in Ecuador. As for you, the diver who is thinking about partaking in this wonderful adventure. Don't think twice. The Lammer Law is the only way to go. Excellent staff, spectacular trimaran. We dove with 9 whalesharks, tons of gigantic sea turtles, dolphins, penguins, sealions, and hammerheads!!! Long time no see. (How about 23 years!!) I was following up on you two and wondering about a Galapagos vacation, but it likely won't happen this year. Perhaps next spring (2002) we'll book Lammer Law for a group of us. (Including three kids, oldest daughter 17 (!) who's a diver.) Hope to get to the BVI this year... how can we look you all up? My kids still kid me when I start "Did I ever tell you about Misty Law....) Drop me a line when you have a chance.

Dear Annie, The trip could not have been more fabulous! Since the day we have returned, not a day goes by that Dad and I wish we could be back on the Lammer Law. We were so sad to leave. The boat exceeded all expectations, and the crew was wonderful. Dad and I are already talking via internet with a few of the other passengers about a reunion trip next summer; we will definitely keep you posted. Thank you again for all of your wonderful help.

I wanted to send you a mail but I have been so busy since I came back home. Listen, I have to tell you that the trip on the Lammer Law was simply historic! It was so wonderful, everything was perfect, much more than I could even think before! The boat was so nice, the crew was wonderful, so kind and our guide, Antonio, was, sorry but I can't find enough superlatives to qualify him. His knowledge, his kindness, his ability to see things under the water, he was just perfect. About the fishes, they were so diverse, so nice and even that the visibility was not always the best, the dives were wonderful. We saw plainty of sharks of all kinds but mostly hammerheads and also sealions, dolphins (a lot!!!), sea turtles, eagle rays, sea horse... We had the chance to see at Darwin about 22 or 23 whale sharks all together and I saw about 18. I've finished about 25 rolls of films in 10 days, I didn't see the pictures yet but I hope I'll have some good shots. I came back so happy from that trip and I hope I could come back again. Thank you for all.

Lonia and I had a great time in Galapagos...the islands were magical both above water and below.  With hundreds of schooling hammerheads, 10 whale sharks, dozens of dolphins, penguins, sea lions and the rest of the creatures, we were busy most of the time. The crew was outstanding and the food was great.

We were on board Lammer Law in March 1999. Wow! What an experience. The sailing and land visitis were incrdible and the snorkeling unbelievable. The accomodations, crew, food, service and all around tripo was a 10. We had the two best Naturlist guides, Jonathan Greene and Fabian Bucheli were not only full of knowledge but were a lot of fun too. If you are thinking of the adventure of a lifetime this is it. Applause, Lammer Law. Excellence is not a good enough word for this vacation.
